This paper presents a modular power converter designed for electric powertrains, enabling the integration of removable batteries, and offering enhanced flexibility in energy management. The proposed reconfigurable topology can operate at both 400V and 800V standards without any external switch to adapt to each voltage level. The topology is based on the Dual Active Bridge (DAB) converter utilizing the Input Parallel Output Parallel (IPOP) and the Input Parallel Output Series (IPOS) configurations among identical DABs. Preliminary results demonstrate the performance and feasibility of the reconfigurable topology.
