Deepak Veereddy, MS in EE (he/him/his)

Deepak is a Director of Technical Marketing at Infineon Technologies where he is leading a global team of product definition and application engineers with focus on Silicon and Silicon Carbide MOSFET products. Prior to this role, he held multiple management and engineering positions in GaN power electronics. He holds MS degree in Electrical Engineering from University of South Carolina.

Besides working for Infineon, Deepak is serving as an APEC Industry Session Track Co-chair and also as a PSMA Board of Director. Previously, he served as a task group co-chair in JC-70 WBG standardization committee. As part of this, he spearheaded the development of JEDEC's 1st ever WBG guideline resulting in the publication of JEP173 document that describes the dynamic Rdson characterization method for GaN power devices.
