Antonia Lanzafame – Application Engineer – Power Transistor Sub-Group - STMicroelectronics
Antonia joined the Power Transistor Sub-Group at STM in 2021, following her master thesis involving electric propulsion units equipped with SiC inverters in Active Short Circuits.
In particular she supports the synthesis of automotive oriented applications, focusing on New SiC and IGBT Traction inverter developments, through the definition of accurate electrical specifications and the suggestion of advanced and competitive technical solutions in terms of cost/performance.
She is in charge of technical support to design in activities: dimensioning of power modules, experimental tests for the evaluation of electrical and thermal performance, optimization of driving circuits and definition of safety margins to guarantee power modules’ functionality over time.
She is author of three publications at ECCE 2022, ECCE 2023, APEC2023 conferences.
