Dereje Woldegiorgis is an Applications Engineer in the power modules business unit at Wolfspeed. He received Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, AR in 2022. He was the recipient of the Outstanding Presentation Award for the 2021 IEEE Applied Power Electronics Conference and Exposition (APEC 2021).
