Bryan Gutierrez (Graduate Student Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in electronics engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica Peru, San Miguel, Peru, in 2012, and the M.Eng. degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Chung-Ang University, Seoul, South Korea, in 2017. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering with Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Blacksburg, VA, USA. His research interests include the control of multilevel converters, active power filters, and wide-bandgap semiconductors.
