Lenon Schmitz was born in Blumenau, SC, Brazil, in 1990. He received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), Florianopolis, SC, Brazil, in 2013, 2015, and 2020, respectively. He is currently an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Computing, UFSC. His interest research areas include high-efficient power converters, design optimization techniques, and grid-connected systems.
