Annoy Kumar Das received his B.E. degree in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India, in 2008. He is currently working towards fulfillment of M.Tech and Ph.D. Dual degree in Power Electronics and Power System from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, Mumbai, India. From 2008 to 2011, he was with ABB India, Power System Network Manager division, working on the development of RTU design and MicroSCADA for substation automation. From 2011 to 2014, he was with Siemens India, Metals Technologies Industry division, involved with engineering and commissioning of PLC and HMI for process automation of metallurgical industry.
His current research interests lie in the fields of high-frequency magnetics design, dual-active bridge dc-dc converter, hybrid ac-dc system, with key focus on design, modeling and multiphysics optimization of high-power medium frequency transformer.
