Yen-Ming Chen was born in Taipei, Taiwan. He received the B.S. degree in electronics engineering from National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2018. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in the Institude of Electrical Engineering, National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan.
He is a member of the Power Electronics Laboratory at National Taiwan University. His research interests include WBG device driving design, switching converter design, power management IC design, and mixed-signal IC design.
