Tianqi Liu (Member, IEEE) is a postdoctor fellow with the State Key Laboratory of Analog and Mixed-Signal VLSI (SKL AMSV), University of Macau, since 2021. He received the B.S. degree in physics from the Zhengzhou University in 2011 and the Ph.D. degree in physics from Lanzhou University & University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (joint-supervision) in 2019. From 2019 to 2021, he was a postdoctor fellow with the Institute of High Performance Computing (IHPC) in Tsinghua University. His current research interests include the field of high voltage integrated circuits, IGBT/MOSFET gate driver, smart GaN/SiC gate driver, and high reliability isolated technology.
