Lei Wang received the B.Sc. degree in mechanical engineering from Xiamen University, China, in 2017 and the M.Sc. degree in computation engineering from the Ruhr University, Germany, in 2020. Currently, he is a PhD student in faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mathematics and Computer Science (EEMCS) at Twente University, the Netherlands. His research interests include thermo-mechanical design of power modules and reliability on power cycling. He is recently committed to using pressure contact technology to improve the reliability of Wide Bandgap (WBG) devices.
