The proposed approach provides a non-complex but effective solution to enhance line-voltage quality and eliminate dc offset in circulating currents and flux in magnetic cores. Simulations and experimental results on 2-legs parallel connected ANPC validate its feasibility, and it can be adapted to other parallel converter systems. By controlling carrier transition, the peak value of i_cir and flux is substantially reduced, resulting in smaller and lighter magnetic components, while also improving power converter efficiency
