R. K. Singh (S’08–M’13–SM’16) received B.Tech. degree in electrical engineering from the College of Technology, Pantnagar, India in 2001, the M. Tech. degree in electrical machines and drives from Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi, India, in 2003, and the Ph. D. degree in electrical engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, Kanpur, India, in 2013. He is presently a Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University). His research interests include renewable power conversion for hybrid microgrids, power conversion for electric vehicles/hybrid electric vehicles, optimal charging/discharging of energy storage systems, and converter modeling and control.
