Jin Woong Kwak (Student Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering in 2017 and is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Texas at Dallas, Richardson, TX, USA. In 2017, he worked as an undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Texas at Dallas, focusing on the analysis and design of spin-torque transfer magnetic random-access memory (STT-MRAM). His research interests include hybrid converter topologies, power management IC design for high step-down DC-DC conversion and point-of-load applications. He was awarded the TxACE Promising Research Award in 2018, Analog Devices Outstanding Student Designer Award in 2022, and the Best Poster Award from IEEE Applied Power Electronics Conference and Exposition (APEC) in 2023
