Christian R. Müller received his Engineer's degree in Electr. Eng. and his Ph.D. degree in physics in 2004 and 2009, respectively, and works at Infineon Technologies AG, Germany, since 2010. In his role as Lead Principal Engineer, he is developing innovative power-module concepts using fast-switching devices like Si IGBT, SiC MOSFET, or GaN HEMTs.
