Debin Zhang was born in Shandong Province, China, in 1987. He received Ph.D. degree in the Department of Applied Electronics, School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), Wuhan, China.
In 2021, he is a senior engineer with Shanghai Institute of Space Power-Sources(SISP), Shanghai. His research interests include control of dc–dc converters, electromagnetic compatibility, and renewable energy generation system.
