Kuo-Fu Liao was born in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. He received the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from the National Dong-Hwa University, Hualien, Taiwan, in 2015. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the National Cheng Kung University, Tainan, Taiwan. His current research interests include power converter circuit design and application of microcontroller unit.
