Niklas Deneke (Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering and information technology from the Leibniz University Hannover, Hannover, Germany, in 2019 and 2022, respectively. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering with the Mixed-Signal IC Design Group, Institute of Microelectronic Systems, Leibniz University Hannover, Hannover. His research interests include off-line power conversion in the context of monolithically integrated GaN ICs for power electronics and power management ICs
