Koutarou Miyazaki (S'16-M'17) received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering and information systems from the University of Tokyo, Japan, in 2012, 2014, and 2017, respectively. In 2017, he was engaged in the work of a project researcher at Institute of Industrial Science, The University of Tokyo.
In 2019, he joined the Corporate Research and Development Center, Toshiba Corporation, Kawasaki, Japan, where he has been involved in the research and development of digital gate driver and short-circuit protection of insulated-gate bipolar transistor.
