Arjit Bali received a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering with a concentration in advanced transportation systems from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, Terre Haute, IN, USA, in 2018, and an M.S. degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana–Champaign, Champaign, IL, USA, in 2023. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering with the University of Illinois Urbana–Champaign. His research investigates interleaved multilevel hybrid switched-capacitor inverter topologies suitable for high-frequency low-inductance motors with the goal of increasing the power density and specific power of converters for electric aviation applications.
