Thanh-Long Le received the B.E. degree in electrical engineering from the Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Hanoi, Vietnam, in 2011, the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from the Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble, Grenoble, France, in 2012, and the Ph.D. degree in integrated gate driver for GaN components from Grenoble Electrical Engineering Laboratory, Université Grenoble Alpes, Grenoble, France, in 2015.
He is currently an R&D Engineer with Safran Tech, Safran Paris, Saclay, France. His research interests include the gate driver for wide-band gap power devices, auxiliary power supply and SSPC.
