Graduate Student
University of Texas at Austin
Alyssa Brown is a first year MS/PhD student at the University of Texas at Austin who graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelors in Electrical Engineering. As an undergraduate she focused on analog design as well as wireless power transfer. Her current research is in high frequency magnetics for power converters, specifically in double sided conduction transformers. Her future research will focus on the automation of magnetic materials characterization at high frequency and thermal mitigation strategies for high frequency, high power transformers.
