Aditya Aman is pursuing his doctoral studies at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay in Electrical Engineering. He had done his master's from IIT BHU and his bachelor's from the National Institute of Technology Warangal in Electrical Engineering. His present area of research is gate driver design, characterization and reliability study of SiC MOSFET
