Tuvshinbayar Bandi received the B.Sc and M.Sc degrees in electrical engineering from the Mongolian University of Science and Technology (MUST), Mongolia, in 2013 and 2016, respectively, and the PhD degree in electrical and electronic engineering from Kyushu Institute of Technology (Kyutech), Japan, in 2022. From 2016 to 2017, he was an officer of scientific research and innovation in the MUST. Since 2018, he has been an assistant professor in the electrical technique department, MUST. He is currently a Research Fellow with the Department of Electrical Engineering and Electronics, the Kyutech. He has been engaged in research on relay protection of electric power system, insulation diagnostic for high voltage equipment, especially partial discharge detection, UHF method and UHF sensors, EMC, and electromagnetic wave propagation and analysis. Dr. Bandi is a member of the IEEJ and IEEE.
