Murata’s innovative, 2-stage power regulator, based on charge pump capacitor divider technology, provides high efficiency step-down conversion to very low output voltages normally associated with <10nm load technology. The presentation discusses system area constraints and shows how Murata regulators can be placed on the underside of the system board, close to the load processor ASIC, by providing a high efficiency and very low Z-height solution. The technology is ideal for Applications such as Optical Transceiver and high-density accelerator cards.
