This work presents the design and analysis of a 405 kHz, 100 kW HFT, with the preliminary 50 kW prototype achieving 98.7% efficiency. The goal is to demonstrate a HFT for CLLC-based SST systems which can achieve a high-power output at high operating frequencies, addressing a literature gap. The full paper will also present improved iPEBB transformer insulation sheets, including PDIV results. Future work involves the development of finalized insulation sheets, air duct designs for smaller fans, and the assembly and integration of the 100-kW transformer into an upcoming iPEBB prototype.
