In this paper, a new magnetic integration method is proposed for two coupled and one transformer, which is then applied in a two-stage converter for datacenter applications. The circuit parameters and integrated magnetic design are illustrated systematically. Compared with conventional discrete magnetics solution, the new method can reduce the PCB size by over 30% significantly.
