This paper presents a 100 W universal serial bus (USB) power delivery (PD) GaN charger in aircraft with a three-level flying-capacitor-based totem-pole PFC and a flying-capacitor-based voltage divider LLC resonant converter. Four nominal output voltages have been realized and the line current THD requirement has been satisfied.
